Dear teachers,
since it occiasionaly led to unwanted links to course material from Moodle quizzes, we disabled activity names auto-linking for all courses by default.
If you still want to use this feature in your courses, you can always enable it for a course again:
- In your course, click on the gears icon on the top right and select "Filters"
- Set "Activity names auto-linking" to "On"
