Information about data protection and privacy when enabling guest access to your Moodle course

For reasons of data protection, courses can only shared with all of FH Technikum’s moodle users when no personal data is accessible in the course.

Generally, forums are not publicly available for guest users on our learning platform. Please make sure that all other sections and activities that include personal data are also not accessible for guest users. Furthermore, please make sure that everything you post and share complies with copyright law. Also note, that the exploitation rights that a granted under article 42 - "Öffentliche Zurverfügungstellung für Unterricht und Lehre" - do not apply any more when the course is open to guest users.
